MUKTESWARA TEMPLE

This temple was built during the 10th century and dedicated to the Lord Shiva. This temple is also located in Bhubaneswar and the Hindus use to come here for worshiping the Lord Shiva. This temple was created during 950 to 975 CE. This is also considered as such a monument that is often studied to find the reality behind the development of other Hindu temples located in Odisha. It is also the venue for Mukteswara Dance Festival. During this festival Odissi dance and chorus are performed by the artists. During this time, such venue becomes more vibrant.
